CONDITIONS FOR SALE
We can receive orders both online and by telephone.
Delivery charges are clearly stated at the checkout stage of the transaction. The customer must make the correct delivery option to suit their circumstances. The club cannot take responsibility for the customer not making the correct delivery choice. We reserve the right to charge overseas postage dependent on the product(s) ordered; you will be contacted by a Club representative before the order is accepted if this is required.

No contract exists between us until we have received your order and accepted it.
Acknowledgement of your order is not acceptance.

The prices published on our website are subject to change. In the event of significant price alterations, which would result in extra cost to you the customer, we will contact you before acceptance of your order.

Transactions will be processed in Pounds Sterling.

Payment is with order. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards.
Orders will be shipped within 5 working days of acceptance.

STOCK
We aim to stock all products on the site, and replenish stocks as and when necessary. However, all products are offered subject to availability. In the event that a particular product is not available, we will contact you to discuss alternatives. If we are unable to deliver the goods described on your order you will be entitled to cancel your order.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD SECURITY
All online transactions are processed using Sage Pay. All transaction information passed between merchant sites and Sage Pay's systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to your servers from Sage Pay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely assured that nothing you pass to Sage Pay's servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

GUARANTEE
If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us by telephone or email within 5 days of delivery to arrange collection and replacement/refund. No used goods can be replaced.

Please inform us immediately if you have a complaint and we will endeavour to rectify the problem as soon as possible.

Nothing contained in this guarantee affects your statutory rights.

THE DATA WE COLLECT
The information collected by the club when you register with us is generally used to communicate with you and improve our services where possible, and specifically, to process payments or enable third parties to carry out technical or commercial supporting functions. These functions may be carried out by us or appointed third parties who are bound by Data Protection covenants and must process the personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the Data Protection Act 1998.

In addition to personal data such as name, e-mail address, delivery address, billing address, credit or debit card number and expiry date, we also analyse data about participants in order to provide a safe shopping environment for all users.

We will not sell, distribute or disclose information about you or your personal usage of the Site without your express consent or unless required or permitted to do so by law. If you subscribe to our mailing lists for new release and other information, we also ask you to answer various general questions about yourself.

You will be asked to specify the areas in which you are interested so that we can tailor the information which we send to you to cover the topics and merchandise which we believe you might be interested in.
